Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Return address is Room 26, 21 / F, Yee Wo Mansion, 21 Yew Wo St., Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
