Return & Exchange Policy

At Aesthetic Loft, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our Return & Exchange policy is designed to offer a smooth and hassle-free process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

2. Cancellation and Order Processing Times

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. If the order has already been shipped, it will be eligible for return under our standard return guidelines.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

3. Early Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped and within the 24-hour window, the cancellation will be accepted and fully refunded. Please contact us at [email protected]  to initiate a cancellation.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email us at  [email protected]  with your order number and a detailed reason for your return or exchange.

2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed within 2-3 business days.

3. Return the Item: Securely package the item including the original order number and the reason for return to facilitate efficient processing.

5. Return Packaging and Shipping Costs

Refunds for items delivered can be requested within 14 days from the date the package was delivered by our partner courier. Please initiate your refund request by emailing us at [email protected].

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Please ensure the package is secure to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In cases of defective or incorrect items, Aesthetic Loft will cover the return shipping costs.

Additional Policies

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after doing so, please contact us at [email protected]  for further assistance.
